- We ship directly from our warehouses in Canada and California depending on stock availability. Your package will be sent out for delivery within 1 to 2 business days of payment.
- Average delivery time anywhere in the United States and Canada is 3 - 10 business days.
- Average delivery time for international shipments are between 7 - 30 business days depending on the destination country.

RETURN FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE:
- Underwear and Lingerie Products: We can only accept returns for defective products due to hygienic reasons. Product must be unworn and in its original packaging.
- Fashion Apparel & Accessories: We accept returns for refund or exchanges on dresses, tops, bottoms and accessories, unless otherwise stated on the item listing. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. By asking for a refund, buyer agrees that we do not refund the original shipping charge and the shipping charge to return the product.
- All return and refund requests must be made within thirty days of the shipment date.
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
